Project Name: Windows Phone GTM

Objective

Orchestrate a successful product launch of Motorola Q in partnership with Verizon. Own and drive the digital presence and messaging for all BTL activities.  



Tactics

1- orchestrated the creation of pre-order sites for both MS and Verizon (agency executed) 2- developed message framework based on agency global message testing 3- development of additional digital properties for purposes of interest, consideration and funnel based on segment 4- defined digital journeys based on segmentation 5- campaign tracking through internal custom CRM tools

Outcomes

Motorola Q became the most successful phone Microsoft sold to that point and the first Microsoft phone to sell 1 million units.
